The person behind the audits

SEO consultant since 2012, with 14 years of hands-on work growing ecommerce projects in the UK and European markets. One person, from first conversation to delivered roadmap.

The short version

Why the work looks the way it does

The DIVA framework — the entity work this site sells — was built while fixing my own fragmented online identity. That origin shapes everything here: diagnosis before prescription, revenue as the metric, and no recommendation I have not had to live with myself.

  • Working alone, by design — here is why

The short version is on this page. The long one — roles, projects, the things she can name — comes up in the first conversation.

How I work

Three rules that survive every engagement

  1. Diagnosis firstThe first conversation is a diagnosis, not a pitch. If what you need is not something I do, I say so.
  2. Revenue, not rankingsEvery priority traces to expected revenue impact, with realistic timelines. Rankings are an instrument, not the outcome.
  3. You keep the capabilityRoadmaps come with reasoning attached, and training ends with a playbook. Train once, execute forever.
