Personal Brand & Entity SEO
For consultants, founders and professionals whose name is their business. I audit how search engines and LLMs see you, consolidate your entity, and make sure the machines describe the real you.

The problem
Search engines are describing someone who is nearly you
When your name is your business, the machines assemble a version of you from whatever they can find: an old bio, a conference listing, a profile you abandoned, a namesake in another country. That assembled version is what a prospect meets before you do.
- Your name returns someone else — or several people, blended into one.
- Profiles disagree about your title, your focus and where you are based.
- AI tools describe your work vaguely, or attribute it to the wrong person.
- Nothing you control ranks first for your own name.
The framework
DIVA
The framework I built while fixing my own fragmented online identity. Four stages, each with something concrete at the end of it.
Discover
Everything the machines can currently find under your name: profiles, mentions, listings, old bios, namesakes. Including what you forgot existed.
You get: a map of your current identity
Investigate
Where the sources contradict each other, where the entity splits into several people, and which signals search engines and LLMs are actually weighting.
You get: the list of conflicts
Validate
Consolidation: structured data, profile alignment, and one authoritative source that the others agree with. What is true gets stated in a form machines can read.
You get: one consistent entity
Amplify
Strengthening the signals that carry the corrected identity outward, so the version that spreads is the accurate one.
You get: the real you, described
Fit
When your name is the business
A good fit
- Consultants and independent professionals
- Founders whose name carries the company
- Speakers and authors with scattered profiles
- Anyone who shares a name with someone more visible
Not a good fit
- Companies where the brand is not a person — that is SEO Audit & Strategy
- Anyone wanting reputation content written for them
- Removing accurate information that is simply unflattering
Questions
Before you get in touch
Is this reputation management?
No. Reputation management tries to push things down. This makes sure the accurate version of you is the one search engines and AI tools can assemble in the first place — through structured data, profile alignment and consistent signals, not suppression.
Why does entity SEO matter more now than it did?
Because a growing share of first impressions is formed by a machine summarising you rather than a person reading your site. If the sources disagree, the summary hedges or invents. Work on AI surfaces specifically is AI Search & GEO.
What does DIVA stand for?
Discover, Investigate, Validate, Amplify. It is the framework I built while fixing my own fragmented online identity, and it is used for personal brand and entity work specifically — not as a general SEO methodology.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Entity work is priced against how fragmented the identity currently is — a name with three profiles is a different job from a name with thirty. Scope, fee and timeline are agreed before the work starts.
I already rank first for my own name. Is there anything left to do?
Often yes. Ranking first is about pages. Entity consolidation is about whether the machines understand that those pages, your profiles and your work all describe one person — and describe them correctly.
Where this leads
Start with what the machines currently see
A conversation first, to check the fit. If entity work is not what you need, I will say so.
Quality, AI Search & Entities, defined
Entity, knowledge graph, E-E-A-T: the terms that decide how machines describe a person.
Visibility inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.
When the site itself, not the identity, is what blocks visibility.
When your team needs to keep the entity consistent without me.
